Meet the Founder
Hi! I'm Carol Story - yes, that is my real last name - I am the proud founder of Vero Beach BookTok Babes!
Like so many others, I fell down the BookTok rabbit hole and never wanted to leave. It started with ACOTAR, then of course TOG, then Quicksilver, Spark of the Everflame... The list goes on, and on, and on... but not as long as my TBR.
I originally created the VBBB Facebook group to bring our local Vero Beach bookish community together, and it has since spiraled quickly into something I never imagined it would be! I am so honored to be the face of the Vero Beach BookTok Babes and am thrilled to have a space for fellow readers to share their love of reading and the magic that is literature.

These lovely ladies, our amazing, talented, beautiful Vivacious Vibe Visionaries, are the heart and soul behind the events. Each event is highly curated and deliberated over amongst these six amazing women, and each detail is crafted to perfection at their hands.
During the month, they can be found yapping about 85% of the time, and planning about 15% of the time. We have all grown to be very good friends and enjoy time spent planning, thrifting, discussing, and executing these phenomenal events.
