1. Confidentiality & Anonymity

Privacy Clause: All personal identifying information (names, addresses, detailed situations) submitted by applicants or donors will be kept strictly confidential by the event organizers. Information will only be shared between the two parties (Sponsor/Recipient) if both parties explicitly consent in writing. We will use aggregate data (e.g., 'Family of 4 with one dietary restriction') for matching purposes only.

2. Funds & Liability (For Recipients)

Aid Scope Clause: This program provides a one-time monetary contribution facilitated by the event. This is not a guarantee of ongoing support. Funds will be distributed on or around November 21st. The organizers are not liable for how the funds are subsequently spent by the recipient family.

3. Donation Policy (For Sponsors)

Financial Clause: All monetary sponsorships are non-refundable. Funds will be collected by Vero Beach BookTok Babes and disbursed directly to the matched family or used to purchase a generalized gift card provided to the family. You are supporting the mission of assistance, not purchasing a specific item.

No Discrimination Clause

Sponsorship matching will be based solely on need and availability. Vero Beach BookTok Babes operates without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
