Tales & Tides Flash Tattoo Guidelines
Please read the following information carefully before submitting your sign-up form.
Sign-Up & Ticket Verification
- First Come, First Served: Attendees will be seen strictly in the order of form submission.
- Ticket Requirement: You must secure your event ticket PRIOR to submitting this form. If you submit the form without a valid ticket, your submission will be considered invalid and removed from the list.
- Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for a flash tattoo.
Limited Time & Raincheck Policy
If we run out of time during the event, don't worry! Golden Hour Studio has generously agreed to honor event flash tattoos at a later date.
- How to redeem: Simply schedule a future appointment directly with Sara and provide proof of yourTales & Tides event attendance.
Day of Requirements
To receive a tattoo on the day of the event, you must bring and complete the following:
- Valid Government-Issued ID (Strictly required to verify you are 18+).
- Completed Intake & Consent Forms.
- Signed Hold-Harmless / Liability Waiver.
