Your Bookish Plant Photo Session Checklist

Age Guidelines

• Ages 18+: Welcome to join solo, or feel free to bring your best babes!

• Ages 13–17: May participate if accompanied by a ticket-holding, participating adult.

• Note: Everyone in the studio space must have a paid ticket and be participating. No infants, toddlers, or non-participating observers allowed.

Drinks & Enhancements

• Not BYOB: East Coast Boba will have their full Boba menu, alongside beer & wine options! Attempting to bring any food or drinks inside of the venue will result in blocked entry. 

Timeline & Arrival

• Happy Half Hour: Doors open 30 minutes before class.

• Standard Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, grab a drink, and settle into your seat.

• Late Policy: The class begins at 5:30, we will not wait to begin. No shows forfeit their seat & will not qualify for a refund or store credit. 

Cancellations & Refunds

• 24 Hours Notice: Receives store credit for a future event.

• Less than 12 Hours Notice: No refund or credit.

• If canceling after hours, email vbbooktokbabes@gmail.com, or visit our group.

• Internal Cancellations: If the class is canceled due to low enrollment (fewer than 5 guests) or unforeseen events, you will be notified at least 2 hours in advance and issued a full refund.
