What to Expect

Dust off your robes and ready your wands! This event will be an evening of fellowship and fun, featuring a magical Trivia and Quizzes challenge, games, and a watch party of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

When and Where to Apparate

• Date & Time: Friday, November 21st, 2025, from 5:30PM – 8:30 PM.
  
• Location: The Venue, 2700 US Hwy 1, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
  

Your Enrollment and Attire

• Attire: Guests are highly encouraged to wear their most Harry Potter-esque clothing, from casual house-themed items to full wizarding regalia!
  
• House Contribution: Please bring a pre-packaged food item that aligns with the color or imagery of your assigned house. (The organizers will handle the cupcakes, so kindly leave those to the elves!)
  
• Ticket Inclusions: Your ticket grants you access to the exclusive market, viewing party and trivia, along with access to all prizes and awards.

Important Charms and Notes

For those undertaking an ambitious feat, there is an optional read-through of your choice of one of the seven Harry Potter books.

Remember, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Should you need to transfer your ticket to another witch or wizard, simply notify the organizers via owl post (or email).
